Heritage Learning Officer, North & Designated Safeguarding Lead
Elizabeth started out as an Early Years teacher, and has worked with groups from babies to adults, in schools and the heritage sector. In her spare time she is a living historian and loves to learn, she believes learning should be fun and hands-on. She has a passion for social history and what better place to find this than in the social hubs of millennia – churches!
Elizabeth covers the counties of Northumberland, Cumbria, County Durham, Tyne & Wear, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, East Riding of Yorkshire, North, South and West Yorkshire, Cheshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Merseyside and Lincolnshire.

Heritage Learning Officer, West
Lorna has worked with children, young people and families for over 15 years, with Mencap, in schools and for learning in museums, galleries and churches. Lorna began as a portrait artist and has since completed an MA in Heritage Management. She enjoys combining the two with hands-on and creative approaches to learning about heritage. A big ‘church geek’ Lorna can often be found exploring new churches and other medieval places in her free time.
Together with Marie Sellars, Lorna covers Bristol and the counties of Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Somerset, Wiltshire, Warwickshire and Worcestershire.

Chloë Meredith
Project Manager, Learning and Participation
Chloë manages a range of participatory projects and partnerships across CCT. She has worked in the voluntary sector for 20 years, with cultural heritage charities both in the UK and abroad. In 2010 she completed her MA in Cultural Heritage. Chloë has a passion for widening participation in heritage, improving digital inclusion and intellectual access. She works with community groups to share the stories and spaces which celebrate diverse cultural expressions. Chloë joined the Trust in 2015.

Heritage Learning Officer, West
Since 2006, Marie has worked for various museums, galleries and centres, within Learning. Marie trained as a secondary teacher, but originally started her professional career as a sculptor, with a Masters in Fine Art (Sculpture). She is passionate about getting all ages to love heritage in all its guises. When not exploring ‘brown signs’ (in particular churches), Marie can be found making things at the bottom of her garden.
Together, Marie and Lorna cover Bristol and the counties of Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Somerset, Wiltshire, Warwickshire and Worcestershire.

Gabrielle Dryden
Heritage Learning Officer, South East
Gabrielle was a Learning Officer for Sussex Past before joining the CCT, engaging visitors of all ages with the historic buildings in her local area. She has an BA in Primary Education and a particular interest in Philosophy for Children, climate change education and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
Gabrielle loves exploring old buildings, discovering their hidden secrets, and sharing them with families and children in a way that is exciting, informative, inclusive, and fun. She is passionate about creating opportunities that encourage visitors to collaborate on unique projects and providing spaces for thought-provoking discussions.
Gabrielle covers the counties of Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, London, Surrey, West Sussex, East Sussex, and Kent and is located near Brighton.
