A 'Canny Space' in Sunderland

Kenny Sanger Managing Director of The Bunker said, ""This is a exciting opportunity for the City and we are happy to be part of the development group to see if we can regenerate this fantastic building into something the City can be proud of.""

As part of this development proposal the group are working on a series of consultation events to see what the people of Sunderland would like to see developed at Holy Trinity. Janette Hilton, Project Director for Living History (North East) said; ""these events are an opportunity for people to come along and see the building and to have their say, as well as an opportunity to enjoy some of the activities that are planned.""

The Churches Conservation Trust would like to invite you to join us in creating the vision for The Canny Space by taking part in a special weekend of planned events.

Between Friday 18th and Saturday 19th May we would like to hear your views on how we can help re-purpose this Grade 1 listed building, both for the local and wider community.
