£22,616 - £26,607 per annum, plus pensions & benefits

Home based within Norfolk and Suffolk

We are looking for someone to join a talented team to recruit, develop and support volunteer teams to ensure a collection of 48 historic churches across the counties of Norfolk and Suffolk remain at the heart of their communities as visitor attractions and venues for events.

You will have a track record of training, developing and managing volunteers and experience of inspiring communities to run successful projects and events.

To make our high profile churches a success you’ll be expected to use your initiative, be a sound negotiator and be motivated by the challenge of delivering high standards at a distance and through others.

Please note there is a two-stage interview process. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a round table discussion followed by a formal panel interview.
