Old Black Lion Project Manager

£30,429 - £36,377 pro rata per annum, plus pension & benefits

3 months Fixed Term (with a possibility of extension)

We’re looking for a pro-active Project Manager to join our expanding Regeneration Team. You will lead the Old Black Lion project, oversee the completion of lease arrangements and co-ordinate the creation of a suitable trading model ahead of the delivery phase of the Stage 2 HLF Heritage Enterprise project of St Peter and the Old Black Lion.

You’ll have experience of delivering major new use projects involving historic buildings, and in involving a range of stakeholders and communities in their long term care.   

Flexibility to travel extensively across England is essential, as is working regularly outside core hours.
