Rewards and benefits

Our employees are the backbone of the CCT and we want to ensure they are valued and well rewarded.

We strive to offer our employees a Total Reward package and recognise that your salary is just one element of the employment package. We value each employee and the skills and experience they bring to the Trust, and so we have created a benefits package to encompass a range of benefits and leave options. We want to recognise and reward our people, but this isn’t solely financial. Therefore, we have a great Total Reward package that is regularly reviewed.
