New Saints website launch
On Saturday 20 April Langport, All Saints' 'New Saints' officially launched their brand new website. The website http://newsaintslangport.co.uk/​ allows the New Saints to share information about who they are, details about All Saints Church and the purpose of the project. The website allows access to information about events, news and meetings calendars to find out what’s going on as well as picture galleries of the church and events held in it.
Mark Small from the New Saints said
'We’re very pleased with how the website looks, it’s bright and colourful with great professional photos, and a great design by Cosmic Ethical IT Ltd. The launch coincides with our Open Day event at the church which has been managed by Bridgwater College students and includes musical performances, a historic tour of the building, and a raffle, not to mention free food!'
Running the website is part of an ongoing project to empower young people in Langport, who have received training to maintain and update the website as well as social media training.
