Summer Tea Party and "Bring our Fallen Home" - Portland

St George's Church, Portland, Dorset

Locally built WW1 model blessing followed by an all singing all dancing Tea Party. Home-made cakes, plant sale, art sale and music throughout the day.

Summer Tea Party and display of "Bring our Fallen Home" (A 235 mini flag cemetery, built by local friend of the church Jeff Proctor, to represent all the men who gave their lives in WW1 from Portland).

Rev Tim Gomm will be blessing the display at 1:30. Then there will be a tea party with home made cakes, teas, coffee and other refreshments on sale. Music will be provided by "The Cove House Musicians" and "Margaret Stone's Community Choir".

There will be a raffle, locals stalls, art and plant sale.

The local Tesco branch will be running the tea party and supplying the refreshments again this year.
