Join Andrew McCrea for St Swithun's first organ recital since 2019!

We're delighted to announce a FREE organ recital taking place on Friday 15th of July (St Swithun’s Day) at St Swithun's Church.

Following the completion of the restoration work by the Churches Conservation Trust, this will be the first event we have been able to hold in St Swithun’s since 2019.

The recital will be given by Andrew McCrea (Royal College of Organists/Curator & Organist at St Swithun’s) and he will be playing music by John James, John Keeble, W.A. Mozart, John Stanley, Edward Elgar and Thomas Tomkins.

The recital will start at 1:10pm and last approximately an hour. A perfect opportunity to relax, enjoy the church space and listen to the rare 1795 Grade I William and Robert Gray organ.
