A sculptural installation as part of the city wide event organised by Journeys Festival International in Leicester
Returning to its home city of Leicester for the sixth year in 2018 Journeys Festival International are hosting a series of events across the city that showcase art works from members of the Refugee and Asylum Seeker community.
Shadow of Desire is a beautifully intricate sculpture made from wood, metal and light designed by an Iranian artist, now living in Leicester. Symbolizing Iranian culture and incorporating representations of England's Christian heritage, this art work was designed to celebrate the 92nd birthday of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Opening times: Weekdays 12pm-2pm and 4pm-6pm. Saturday & Sunday 10am-5pm
