Enjoy a look around the charming country garden of The Old Vicarage before a visit to Holy Cross Church.
The country garden of The Old Vicarage, Burley, will be open to visitors as part of the National Open Garden Scheme on Wednesday 28 June between 6pm and 9pm. The three acres includes a walled garden (with vine house) producing fruit, herbs, vegetables and cut flowers, as well as formal lawns and borders, lime walk, rose gardens and rill with an avenue of standard wisteria. Explore the wildlife garden with pond, two orchards and mixed woodland.
Light refreshments will be served and Holy Cross Church will be open, so when you have finished looking around the gardens, why not wander over and take in its medieval elegance.
