The tour will start at All Saints Church, Aldwincle, with an elegant medieval interior, which has almost a cavernous feel, with few furnishings and no pews- offering a rare chance to explore a church up close.

Next, we will explore St Andrew’s Church, Cranford. Features sumptuous memorials to 300 years of the Robinson family that fill the south chapel of this medieval building.

The third visit will take place at St Michael’s Church, Farndish, set alongside the county border of Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire, it features a 14th-century chancel, 15th-century tower, and Victorian windows.

The final stop of the tour will be St Peter’s Church, Northampton, which can lay claim to being the most outstanding Norman church in the county, with great Norman arches and beautifully carved capitals.
