Exhibition: "Buildings of Bungay" - Bungay

An exhibition celebrating the streetscape of the town and its diverse architecture, both ancient and modern.
A new exhibition: “Buildings of Bungay” will be at St. Mary's from Friday 25th to Monday 28th May and will feature pictures and plans of some memorable houses in the area, showing their construction or restoration, with past and present images for comparison.
There will be exhibits from Bungay Museum which holds the many pictures taken by the late Frank Honeywood, a Town Recorder who was meticulous in recording changes to the town’s streetscape, plus current pictures of the newest additions to our historic town.
A section showing artists’ impressions of Bungay along with a schools’ competition showing how the younger generation view our buildings will also be available.
The preview evening will be on Friday 25th May and booking is essential. Please call ahead.
