One man’s junk is another man’s treasure – time to declutter and share

Back by popular demand, this is a chance to give the community first dibs on your unwanted household items. Raid your attics, cupboards, drawers and outhouses and bring along to St John’s Church from 8am on the day. Volunteers will sort your donations and doors will open at 11am for you to come and take whatever you want… FREE OF CHARGE!

We would love to accept clothing, bags, shoes, children’s toys, books and bric-a-brac, unwanted gifts and things you’ve never used. Basically anything you would normally donate to charity. Whatever is left at the end of the day will be donated to charity shops in Sawston, Gt Shelford, Saffron Walden & Haverhill or taken to the Thriplow Waste Recycling Centre.

Sorry, we cannot accept electrical goods, food, magazines or broken items. Please restrict your donations to items that can be carried away without assistance.
