Wrap up warm and enjoy the festivities of Christmas

The Annual Christmas Concert takes place on 11th December at 3.00 p.m. Wrap up warm with gloves, scarves and coats, and enjoy the tradition of Christmas in this beautiful forest setting.

This year, being the 100th Anniversary of the end of the Great War, the Christmas Concert will celebrate and commemorate the Centenary of the end of the The First World War.

There will be WW1 songs and Carols to sing accompanied by a brass band. You will hear readings, local memories and poems of the Great War. There will be sausage rolls and mince pies to eat with mulled wine available.

We hope that children and young people will join us too and there will be appropriate refreshments and other goodies for them.

If you have War Medals from family members who fought in the Great War please do wear them to the Concert.

FREE ENTRY with a Collection in aid of The Churches Conservation Trust which maintains West Harling Church for future generations to enjoy.
