Open day and community gardening day at All Saints church East Horndon

Please come and join us at our open day and gardening day.  Visitors and helpers of all ages and abilities welcome.  We are trying to clear the entire graveyard of brambles and bring all the graves into the light once again.

This is our final open day and community gardening day of the year, so let's make it amazing! Our amazing groundsman and volunteers need all the help they can get.  If you just want to look around the church and enjoy some tea and cake you are more than welcome too.

Please bring a packed lunch if you are gardening and be aware there are no toilets on site.  They are available at Starbucks / The Halfway House a short walk away. We will provide water, teas, coffees and cakes!

Please wear sturdy shoes, and gardening gloves if you are joining in with the gardening.  We have rakes and wheelie bins etc, but own tools can be brought too, provided you can use them safely.
