An Afternoon of Music at St Edmunds, Falinge

The Friends of St. Edmund’s are proud to present The Northern Baroque Orchestra

St. Edmund opens its doors for the first concert and event in 2019. The Churches Conservation Trust is celebrating 50 glorious years saving an amazing collection of England’s Historic Churches.

Join us with the Northern Baroque Orchestra for a wonderful afternoon of beautiful music in the Grade1 Listed Buildling, Church of St. Edmund’s,  Falinge and there will be a special cake to mark the anniversary of th CCT.

The Orchestra will be conducted by :- Paul Witkiewicz,

And Led by Poppy Weatherall in an afternoon of period music.

Accompanying the orchestra will be flautist Alistair Roberts, playing two flute concertos by Boccherini & Pergolesi.

Other pieces included are By Handel, Corelli and Stanley not forgetting ever popular Pachelbel, Canon and Gigue .

Refreshments available at intermission.

Entry Fee : £9 / £7 Concessions
