"The Elephant Man" (PG) - Cambridge
Enjoy a Victorian story in a Victorian church.
"The Elephant Man" is one of John Hurt's most famous films. In tribute to his life, we are showing "The Elephant Man" at All Saint's Church, Cambridge, together with a glass of something and some nibbles.
Joseph (John) Merrick was born in 1862 in Leicester and died in Whitechapel in 1890. This poignant film takes a look at his life, and you can enjoy it in the atmosphere of this Victorian church.
Tickets in advance at the church at £10.00. CCT members are £8.00. Or email to Cathy Milne on firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve your tickets.
You can join the CCT at this event, and enjoy further benefits whilst helping to save 1000 years of history.
