Regeneration Manager

Full time - 36 hours net per week

Salary - £33,700 per annum, plus pension and benefits (+ London Weighting if applicable)

Location - London or Home-based

Duration - 12 month FTC with possibility for extension

The Churches Conservation Trust (CCT) is a leading national heritage charity, protecting and opening 350 beautiful historic churches to the public across England, attracting two million visitors each year.

Our Regeneration Team develop award winning, multi-million-pound and regeneration consultancy projects for historic churches.

We are looking for a pro-active Regeneration Manager to join our expanding Regeneration Team. You will lead a programme of regeneration and consultancy projects and manage future growth within the Regeneration Team.

You will have experience of delivering major new use projects involving historic buildings, managing stakeholder relationships and teams across a number of projects.

The post holder must be able to work flexibly according to the needs of the organisation, including regular work outside core hours and a willingness to undertake extensive travel across England.
