Customer Service and Admin Assistant, Champing™
The Churches Conservation Trust is a leading national heritage charity with big ambitions. Two million people visit our 356 historic churches each year, across England.
We are looking for a Customer Service and Admin Assistant to support our unique Champing™ brand extension for the 2021 summer season. Champing™ is a tourism business, set up as an extension of the CCT, and generates revenue for the Charity through offering exclusive overnight stays in some of the UK’s most iconic heritage buildings.
As our Customer Service and Admin Assistant, you’ll be supporting the running of operations throughout the 2021 season. We are looking for someone to help support the operational running of the business, who can help oversee the booking process, look after our customers, and deliver a fantastic experience.
