Celebrate Your CCT Church Festival 2026
Following the success of last year’s festival, we are once again inviting communities across the country to join us in our national campaign celebrating the wonderful churches cared for by the Churches Conservation Trust (CCT).
Taking place between the 5th-14th June, our community-led festival aims to increase engagement and footfall at our churches, and in turn raise awareness of the wonderful work CCT carries out.
The annual festival highlights dozens of events, all devised and organised by our community supporters and volunteers! These events and activities provide the perfect opportunity to attract new visitors of all ages and encourage the community to use their local CCT church in new and exciting ways.
As part of the festival, we hope to raise income and donations to support church maintenance and repair. It can also be the perfect opportunity to promote specific fundraising projects, such as essential roof repairs or conservation work on stained glass windows.
Isobel Milne, Lead Local Community Officer comments "Last year Celebrate Your CCT Church Festival exceeded our expectations. Local communities came together to hold over 62 events across the country! It was a heart-warming show of togetherness, with many people visiting and engaging with CCT churches for the first time. This year we hope to reach more people than ever before - and encourage people to join in the fun by planning, attending or helping out at a community event or activity at their local CCT church.
If you are interested in volunteering or would like to propose an event, head to the Volunteers and Community section of our website to find out more.
