Historic churches provide a local opportunity for learning about Remembrance in the community. To support schools and communities CCT has put together learning resources to support marking Remembrance 2023

Historic churches provide a local opportunity for learning about Remembrance in the community. To support schools and communities in marking Remembrance 2023 the Churches Conservation Trust have produced a short film introducing the topic of Remembrance. This has been accompanied by an activity focusing symbolism of flowers in past and current wars. Also, ideas on how to write a poem based on the theme of Hope.

The resource is suitable for Key Stage Two (Upper) and KS3.
