An illustrated talk about the role of the Wray sisters


Join well-known local historian Adrian Gray - author of over twenty books on local and national topics - for a talk focussing on the part played by Frances Wray in supporting the Puritan reformers in the early 17th century.

Commemorated by two effigies within this tiny church, Francis Wray was described as 'a person of a shining conversation, and eminent bounty'. Seating at the church is restricted; please contact Dave Adgar to reserve a seat in advance.
