Rarely open to the public, the intricately decorated Drummond Chapel is open for everyone to visit.

As part of Surrey's Heritage Open Days attractions, come and visit the beautiful parkland church of SS. Peter and Paul, in Albury Park.

The Drummond's Mortuary Chapel is one of the most interesting, and unexpected, features of the Old Parish Church. The chapel was added to the Saxon Church, in the 1840's by the Lord of the Manor, Henry Drummond, who engaged the foremost architect and designer, Augustus Welby Pugin to design it for him.

Find out more when the Friends of The Old Saxon Church will be on hand to tell you more about the story, its history, and why the church is so significantly important to this part of Surrey.
