Research Volunteer - Churchyards (South East)
The CCT have a great opportunity for a volunteer who is able to carry out desk based research to collate information about our churchyards. These are refuges for wildlife and stepping stones of habitat within our increasingly nature deprived landscape. Liaising with our Estate Officer, research will involve reviewing the current situation of churchyards in our care across the South East of England and collating information about the habitats and monuments they contain. The research will be used to feed into churchyard management plans at key locations within our Estate.
This volunteer role is home based, and access to a computer and the internet is essential. The role is supported by the South East Estate Officer, who will provide training and guidance. Ideally you will be within easy reach of either Cambridge or Norwich to help facilitate training and attend occasional meetings as the research progresses. Please discuss your availability upon application.
For more information about the role or for an application form, please contact email@example.com and quote "Churchyard Research".
We look forward to hearing from you!
