Head of Enterprise
We are looking for an agile thinker to join our new Conservation directorate as Head of Enterprise. We are looking for a dynamic individual with energy and ambition, who has an awareness of the opportunities and constraints of working with historic buildings and an understanding of the role of volunteers and communities in commercial success
The Head of Enterprise will report to the Director of Conservation, in a new and key strategic role, with the remit to develop and grow commercial income streams in support of the CCT’s national strategy.
Successful candidates will have a track record of developing and delivering commercial opportunities over a multi-site operation, demonstrate creative thinking skills and have a practical approach to problem solving. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the maintenance business, growing and facilitating the consultancy work of the CCT and developing Champing™ into a commercially viable business.
