Community Officer (All Souls Bolton)

Salary:
£24,437 - £28,749 per annum pro rata plus pension and benefits
Hours/days:
18 hours per week
Location:
All Souls with regular community outreach

18 month Fixed Term Contract

We’ve converted the wonderful Victorian church of All Souls into managed offices, meeting rooms and community space with investment from the National Lottery Heritage Fund.

This is an exciting opportunity to make sure All Souls is really connected with its local community and neighbours. Making everyone feel that it is a comfortable and welcoming venue for all. This will be achieved through the delivery of a Heritage Lottery funded activity plan.

If you have experience of community development and outreach in diverse communities, working to achieve outcomes in line with funder’s targets whilst delivering great customer service, we’d like to hear from you.  You will need to work flexibly on evenings and weekends as well as during the week.

We’re looking for an experienced, dynamic and highly organised individual to drive the implementation of the activity plan, working with local partners to grow on site activity and recruit new volunteers to support wider venue use.

To apply, please download a job description and application form.
