The Churches Conservation Trust (CCT) is the national charity caring for historic churches at risk and have an international award-winning reputation in heritage conservation and regeneration. We are now looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Art Centre Manager for the next phase of our exciting regeneration project in the heart of Worcester.

Through repair, conservation and adaptation we have given St Swithun’s church a new lease of life as a centre for contemporary arts that will launch to visitors and audiences this winter.

You will be instrumental in driving the business plan, programming of the venue, responding to community need and developing strategies to maximise site use and income generation. A self-starter, you will be able to realise the vision for St Swithun’s, building a successful and sustainable commercial operation which will secure the future of this landmark site.
