We are committed to the personal and professional development of our people and continually review the training needs for each role.
Starting a new role can be daunting, whilst there is a lot to learn and absorb, we aim to make the transition as smooth as possible.
All new employees will receive a thorough induction and role specific training within their first three months of joining the CCT.
Every role is unique within the Trust and affords different levels of training, this includes internal and external training.
Mandatory training for all roles (e-learning)
If successful, you will be required to complete mandatory compliance training including but not limited to:

- Cyber Security Awareness
- Display Screen Equipment
- Domestic Abuse Awareness
- Effective Remote Working (if relevant)

- Essential Health and Safety Training
- Fire Awareness
- Fraud Prevention
- GDPR UK (Advanced or Essentials)
- Manual Handling
- Mental Health Awareness
- Neurodiversity in the Workplace
- Safeguarding Awareness
- Sexual Harassment Awareness
- Stress Awareness
- Whistleblowing
Role Specific Training
Role specific training will be arranged the during the induction period, following PDRs, or via our ongoing Learning and Development programme.
