Your legacy

Legacy income plays a key part in securing the future of the beautiful buildings in our care.Exterior of Church of St John the Baptist, Wakerley, Northamptonshire

Throughout history, churches have been the life-blood of British society. They provide spaces of quiet contemplation and solace in a busy world. Yet as regular church attendances dwindle and 30 parish churches close each year, these historic buildings are slipping out of our collective consciousness.

We need your support if we are to continue to meet the enormous challenges that lie ahead. Public funding, key to protecting churches over the past forty years, is now in sharp decline, meaning we have come to rely upon voluntary donations more than ever.
