It is our passion for conserving historic buildings and ensuring their continued value to local communities that makes working at the Trust a rewarding and worthwhile experience. We have a small but dedicated staff team, with broad range of skills, and expertise: from conservation and building experts to community, heritage and education specialists. Our staff are based across England, either at our small head office in London or within the local communities where our churches are based. We are also fortunate to be supported in our work by dedicated volunteers who work hard to ensure that our churches are open and accessible to everyone.
We are committed to equal opportunities and we appoint on merit. We welcome applicants from all sections of society regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, disability, marital status, age and religion, perceived community background or political beliefs.
We are committed to offering our people the opportunity to learn and develop new skills. We have a clear appraisal and development policy which aims to identify and deliver training opportunities, giving people the skills they need to do their job well.
