How we plan

How we spend our money and decide on what should be the priorities for the use of our limited resources is determined by our new six year strategic plan for 2009-15. The plan is approved by Trustees and also ensures that the Trust is able to meet the requirements of its three year Funding Agreement with the Government and Church Commissioners.

Each year the Trust’s specialist teams work out their annual project plans and budgets which helps us to achieve our longer-term strategic aims.
