Enjoy a weekly class in the peace and tranquility of the church of St Thomas the Martyr, every Monday.

Chi Sau class (every Monday)

Chi Sau (sticking hands) is a kung fu based training system which develops contact sensitivity, reflexes, posture, relaxation and use of energy. It’s a great way to keep fit, gain body awareness and improve confidence in safe and friendly environment.

What you can expect to do in a session:

  • Warm up (exercises and stretching)
  • Drills (practicing set drills/techniques)
  • Chi Sau (sticky hands practice in pairs)
  • Forms (practicing sets of movements and structures)
