Jean Banwell giving a talk to childrenWe hope that you will find your voluntary work both enjoyable and satisfying. Problems are quite rare, however, it is important that you know what to do if you experience a problem and what would happen if there was a problem with your work.

Your supervisor or volunteer co-ordinator will deal with day-to-day problems you have as part of your support and supervision. If you have any problems, or if there is anything you are worried about, make sure that you talk to them about it.
