When in direct contact with members of the public it is important to always:

  • Make visitors feel welcome
  • Help visitors get the most out of their visit and answer any questions
  • Sign-post visitors to other individuals when you are unable to help
  • Help to maintain a safe and secure environment for our visitors.

Effective visitor care means that we treat our visitors as we ourselves would like to be treated. Their enjoyment is paramount - a happy satisfied visitor will return and recommend us to all their friends.
