Our staff are one of our most important assets and we are committed to improving how we work together, encourage development and provide opportunities for learning.

We have a small, dedicated staff team, with a broad range of skills and expertise: from conservation and building experts to community, heritage and education specialists and support professionals.

Our staff are based across England, either at our central office in London or within the local communities where our churches are based.
