
Peter Judd has a degree in Architecture. The call to the ministry took him to Cuddesdon Theological College, Oxford.
He was then ordained as a deacon and priest in the Diocese of Manchester and Curate at St Philip’s Salford. This was followed by five years as Chaplain at Clare College Cambridge. After Clare he was in parish ministry in Burnham, Slough, Diocese of Oxford, then Vicar of Iffley Oxford and Rural Dean of Cowley, before becoming Provost of Chelmsford in 1997 and Dean in 2000.
He is a member of the Church of England’s Church Heritage Forum.
