Nick Thompson

Nick Thompson, Trustee

Nick Thompson was appointed as a Trustee in April 2008. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1972, and worked for most of his career with the Prudential, retiring in 2004 as Head of Property and Investment Management.

 

 



Since then his interests in sustainable town regeneration include being a Board member of the West Northamptonshire Development Corporation. He has maintained his previous involvement in property finance and investment as Chairman of the ING UK Real Estate Income Trust Ltd and the Investment Property Databank’s consultative group dealing with property performance measurement and with both investment and development issues as a Director of the Lend Lease Retail Partnership.

He is also a Governor of the Cambridge International Land Institute. Nick brings his experience in the management and enhancement of commercial property to the work of the Trust.
