Who we work with

CCT is a small organisation and couldn't achieve its aims without working closely with a wide range of other organisations.

Sometimes this involves a formal partnership to achieve a church repair or use project, at other times it's about sharing experience or developing joint policy and research work. Whatever it is, we believe that we can achieve far more by working with the wonderful variety and diversity of Church, heritage and voluntary sector bodies in this country.

 

Some of our key partners include:

• Our sponsors: the Church of England and the Department for Culture Media and Sport
• Other church heritage organisations, in partnership through the 'Places of Worship @ the Heritage Alliance' group
• Heritage bodies including English Heritage and The Heritage Alliance, which represents charitable heritage organisations
• Funders, both specialist heritage funders such as the Heritage Lottery Fund and the National Churches Trust, and a wide range of charitable grant-making trusts and public funders who support one or more of our projects. Details of these are published each year in our Annual Review and with specific Project reports.
• Regeneration and community organisations like the Prince's Regeneration Trust, Development Trusts Association and others represented on on our Regeneration Taskforce Advisory Group

We also work with many organisations and groups at local and regional level in areas where we have churches. Local authorities, voluntary and community groups and local businesses are some of our most important partners in securing the future of our buildings.
